Angel’s Safe House is a tax-exempt organization under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3). Donors can deduct contributions they make to Angel’s Safe House under IRC Section 170.

We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devices, transfers, or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.

Angel’s Safe House is a registered public charity under IRC Section 509(a)(2).
